Custom Conforming Die - Tool SteelThe ultimate die for high detail in thin metal. A conforming die is a mating two part die in tool steel. The die both forms and coins the metal giving you the ability to get super high level detail in metal thicknesses from 28 gauge to 18 gauge. Maximum surface area in a 20 ton press should be around one square inch (simpler designs don't take as much pressure and can be slightly larger).
